Wallpiece Design

I sketch wallpiece designs until I get something I'm interested in working on, then firm up the sketch, transfer it to grid paper, take off the measurements of the individual panels, and decide on colors. Reed usually takes over from there - designing the hanging system of flanges and holes on the back of the piece and then starting on the layout and fabrication.
