Wallpiece 00.01 was an exercise in structure and design technique: an experiment to see if we could make a solid but open structure for an interior gate between rooms at the Berkeley Public Library. The bars are heavy stainless steel, threaded and bolted together, with patinaed brass wallpiece pans for color and design accent. David intends to make more of this style in the future.
