Wallpiece 97.26 was originally created as a sample to show one of GJ Cloninger's clients how our pieces looked, and how stainless steel interacted with the patina colors. The wallpiece that was then commissioned (98.04) was of a completely different design, but with stainless steel as a primary element. Eventually, wallpiece 97.26 made its way back to us, and after a while we decided to add to it rather than keep it as it was, and in the end incorporated it into wallpiece 09.03.
